TRX Suspension Training:  

TRX  uses gravity and your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.  Great for all fitness levels because you control how much you want to challenge yourself by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.  By using your own body weight, the TRX uses multiple muscle groups at one time to maximize results.  TRX focuses on core strength and functional training, which is essential in everyone no matter what age.

Class length:  60 minutes.  (Fitness level: All levels).
