Zumba:  

This is a fitness class that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.  Zumba incorporates interval training by alternating fast and slow rhythms.  Each song has its own dance, so you will eventually learn the dance for each song making it so much FUN! You don't have to be a dancer or have a dance background, anybody can do it! Zumba is meant to be fun and energizing, and a great way to burn fat.  

Class length:  60 minutes.  (Fitness level:  All levels).
