This is designed to change all the time. Stations will be set up, but never the same way. Sometimes circuit will be mostly cardio stations, such as jumping jacks, squat jumps, kicks, etc., and sometimes all about muscle using equipment and body weight, Abed then sometimes cardio and muscle combined. This class is always designed to work as many muscle groups as possible. Station time may vary anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes, but always challenging and fun.
