Muscle:  

This class will work on toning muscles and burning fat, not muscle building by using free weights, steps, stability balls, etc.  This class will focus on toning all major muscle groups, and even some of those smaller muscle groups by using lighter weights and more reps, focusing on form and control.  Again, it's always a different routine, never the same workout week after week to help keep the body guessing and burning more.  

Class length:  60 minutes.  (Fitness level:  All levels).
